Are there any items that Hudson Movers won’t move?

Some hazardous, flammable, perishable or highly personal items should not be packed for transport. These include fuels and oils, flammable liquids, aerosol cans, bleach, paint, turpentine, varnish, corrosives, matches, perishable food, food in glass jars, plants and prescription drugs. Firearms and ammunition also require special consideration and compliance with applicable laws. Keep cash, jewellery, securities, personal documents and irreplaceable photographs with you. Please ask your Hudson Movers representative about any unusual or restricted item before moving day.

Yes. Our professional packing services can be tailored to anything from selected fragile items or a single room to an entire household. Trained Hudson Movers packers use appropriate materials and techniques for antiques, fine china, electronics, mirrors, artwork, chandeliers, and glass or marble tabletops. We also provide custom crating, unpacking and rearranging services for a more complete, stress-free move.

Can I access my items if I use Hudson Movers’ storage facilities?

Yes. Hudson Movers provides secure, convenient access to stored belongings through scheduled visits, controlled access procedures and on-site assistance. Our full-time warehouse team manages shipments entering and leaving the facility, helping protect your possessions while making retrieval or additional storage straightforward.
